The small bridge funded through CDF has changed our school run. During floods, children used to wade through water to reach class or skip entirely. Now the crossing is safe, even for the elderly getting to the clinic. Transporters can bring mealie-meal and medicine without detouring. We still need road grading on the far side, but this bridge is a big step. It shows that when communities speak up, practical projects can be delivered that save time and protect lives.
